Venue rental terms and conditions are spelled out in your rental contract. Please refer to contract for complete details.
SMS Registration
By registering for SMS communication, you agree to receive promotional and informational messages from us.
Message frequency may vary but you can expect to receive messages weekly. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
To opt-out at any time, simply text STOP. For assistance or inquiries, text HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Mobile Information Sharing.
We DO NOT share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Data Transfer Commitment:
We commit to not sharing your consumer data information to external organizations except necessary service providers. We do this by requiring encryption and access controls in each client file upon log in.
OPT out Rights:
You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at anytime by texting “STOP” to any message your receive from us.
HELP and Opt-Out Instructions:
- Include clear HELP instructions: 'Text HELP for help.'
- Include STOP/Opt-Out instructions: 'Text STOP to unsubscribe.'
- Provide options for opting out: 'To opt-out, text STOP. For help, text HELP.'

cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date are non refundable. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. All cancellations or booking changes must be made in writing. We cannot refund any advance payment for a canceled date unless the event space is re-rented for the entire period and prepayment has cleared. We will make every effort to re-book the event space; however, if it is not re-booked, you forfeit all monies paid. If a cancellation is successfully re-rented, all of the rent, taxes and fees will be refunded, less a $300 cancellation fee.
There is a $75 date change fee. We will try and accommodate your new date based on availability.
Decor services are subject to additional cancellation terms and agreements that are spelled out in your contract. Please see contract for full details.
